Meeting these requirements does not guarantee loan approval.

Application Process

You may receive one or more loan offers, a request for additional documentation, or a notification that no partner could extend an offer at this time. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept any offer. You should carefully review all terms, conditions, and disclosures from any lending partner before accepting a loan agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

Minute Loan Center does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, that any offer will meet your expectations, or that the terms presented will remain available for any specific period. Loan offers are subject to the lending partner's verification requirements and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before final funding.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your loan application. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application, cancellation of a pending loan, or legal consequences. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

Credit Impact

Submitting an application through Minute Loan Center may result in a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. However, if you proceed with a lending partner's offer, that partner may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of their underwriting process, which may temporarily impact your credit score. Once a loan is funded, the lending partner will report your account activity to one or more credit bureaus.
